展后跟進郵件
在國際展會結束后發送的第一封開發信應該根據客戶的特點進行針對性回復,涉及以下內容:客戶當時提出的要求、國際展會期間洽談過的產品、達成的初步意向、公司介紹以及未來如何為客戶提供服務。
1、隨便看看的普通客戶
這類客戶不在少數,他們之中不乏探行情者。如果能通過他們的名片找到公司網址,就能順手摸摸他們的底細。有了這些信息再去針對性地派發宣傳資料,看看能否激起客戶深入了解的欲望。
建議采用大量群發開發信的模式,推一些主推產品的營銷郵件,看看他到底對什么感興趣,然后再根據興趣做進一步分類和再營銷。

2、潛在客戶
對于潛在客戶,重點是要推動他做決定,而不是強調為何他要同我合作。在正式跟進前,必須先要了解客戶的背景:做什么產品?公司規模多大?采購需求是哪些?在此行業多久?在完成一系列客戶背調之后,才能根據客戶需求寫郵件。
Dear **,This is **(名字) from **(公司). We notice that you had interest in our products(產品)at **(國際展會) several days before.(喚醒客戶記憶)Thanks for your attention! Our product catalog is attached below, you can have a look and find out more details about our capabilities. 3、高意向客戶
這種重點客戶第一時間優先處理,圖文并茂地把客戶表現出興趣或意向的產品的詳細介紹、報價單、亮點,編輯好發送過去。
Dear **,Thanks for the inquiry! This is ** (名字)from **(公司). We have communicated at **.(國際展會上認識,喚醒客戶記憶)As to the price you inquired on **(產品) I send you our quotation attached below. (報價單)All of our products are strictly produced according to FDA/GRAS regulations. (產品亮點)By the way, I visited your company website and found your stores are all located on the east coast of the US.
